I had the best home-buying experience with Diane Martin. She goes beyond your expectation. She is detail oriented, and follows up thoroughly. She communicates very well with other business partners well. I felt comfortable working with her. I would strongly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a great realtor.

Audrey Alessi was extremely helpful throughout my entire first time home buying experience. Her impeccable organization, as well as, her timely manner helped me obtain everything I wanted in a first home and more. Her communication skills with the seller and banks were amazing and allowed me to save a ton of money and get the best deal on the market. She is always cheerful and always smiling and I would definitely recommend Audrey Alessi to anyone and everyone for your next home buying experience!

Between Brittany and her team facilitating showing of houses and helping me achieve my first house bought, this was a pleasant experience and one I won't forget. Academy mortgage works well with Keller William's and both businesses were professional, extremely helpful and willing to work with all reasonable requests. Even on the day I received my keys, Brittany immediately notified me that the water heater had broke over the weekend and that her team was already working on getting a plumber out to replace it! Thank you for an outstanding job and will definitely recommend to any of my friends/family looking to buy a house!

Audrey Alessi was an amazing realtor who guided me to buying my first home. She stayed connected with the loan officers and seller agent even she wasn't in the island. She responded very quickly and stayed engaged throughout the whole process. Audrey made my first home buying experience easy. Definitely would choose her as my agent again.

Audrey Alessi was my realtor, and she is honestly AMAZING. I was looking for a home for about 2-3 years. I was so wish-washy in the beginning, not sure what I wanted or even if I wanted to buy. But Audrey stayed patient with me, always stayed in contact, and eventually knew exactly what I wanted. Now I’m in the perfect home, thanks to her and all her hard work! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Her communication is exceptional and she is so knowledgeable. Buying a home for the first time is stressful, but she was there every step of the way to explain everything to me. She even went out of her way to attend appointments that I couldn’t, just to make sure that our home was in good condition. She’s a trustworthy, hard working real estate agent and I’m so thankful to have had her guide me through the process, and get me and my family into our perfect home!

Veronica Philaphandeth and her team are phenomenal! I cannot express how awesome she was during the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. She never made me feel like any questions were invalid or too basic. She made me believe I was a priority and genuinely cared about me finding the home that was the best fit for me. I was not on the island while searching for the home, but she made the process seem smooth the whole time. Veronica is simply the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica Philaphandeth recently, and I must say, she exceeded all expectations. From the moment we started our house hunt, she was nothing but supportive and went above and beyond to assist us in finding our dream home. I appreciated Veronica’s attention to detail. Purchased and sold many homes over the years. Christine Loo is one of the best realtors with whom we've worked. She helped us find a temporary rental while we figured out where/what we wanted to buy. Christine was kind enough to do several video walkthroughs (with thoughtful narration) so I didn't have to miss work. Then she helped us secure the perfect place in a very competitive market. 100% would recommend Christine Loo. :)

Veronica and her team did what I thought was impossible. I switched to them after 8 months of trying to sell my house through another realtor. After there meticulous prep work the house was on contract almost immediately. They walked us through every step of the way and bent over backwards more times then I can remember. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house on Oahu.

Catherine Pennell and her support team helped my wife and I purchase fractional ownership of a condo on north shore of Kauai. Even though her commission amount was small due to the transaction size, she treated us like it was a multi-million dollar deal.
